When you order from Avrupaconcept.com.tr , you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After your order has been shipped, you will be emailed tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process .
The total time required to receive your order is shown below:
Total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed to the time it is delivered to you. Total lead time is divided by manufacturing process and shipping time.
Manufacturing process: It is the time taken in our metal and flooring manufacturing for the making of the orders.
Shipping time: The time your products go from manufacture to your destination. This includes preparing your orders, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some fees may apply.

You should have received emails when you ordered the product and with regular updates. Your order confirmation email includes a link that shows the progress of your order. The expected delivery time for each product is clearly listed on each product page and at the checkout.
Cargo services may vary depending on the density or the weekend status of the cargo, and the delivery speed may vary according to the province of delivery.
On average, most items are delivered to the person within 14 days of placing the order. In some cases, weekend, public holiday or extraordinary circumstances may delay the delivery time.

Pre-orders
A pre-order is an order for products that have not yet been released. The expected release date is shown on the products page. We ship pre-orders as soon as they reach us from the publisher, usually prior to the release date. Sometimes, some pre-orders will be delivered at a later time than the release date.
Return
For a refund, the following conditions must be met:
· in original undamaged condition (ideally in the original packaging).
· * with a copy of your invoice.

* If you no longer have your receipt, please make sure to include a note on the package with details of your name, address and order number. Failure to include these details may result in no return.
** Please make sure you have the invoice document.
Damaged Or Wrong Item(s)
If items are damaged or you have been sent the wrong items, please contact us and include the order number and details.
Please do not return your damaged or incorrect book until customer service responds to your email.
How Will You Get a Refund?
After receiving the returned products, Avrupa Concept will refund you with the same method you used to pay for the product(s).
Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days at the latest.
Can I Change My Delivery Address After Ordering?
Delivery speed is very important on our Avrupa Concept site. If items are in stock, they are usually ready to ship the same day, if before 11:00 AM, they are ready to ship the same day. Therefore, it is very important that you double-check your order before it is delivered.
